• The message you write when you send feedback, suggest a cafe, or report an issue
• Your email address — only if you choose to provide it, so we can reply
• Any photo you attach (stored with our cloud provider), plus your app version and platform, to help us act on your report

How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

• Showing you cafes near your current location
• Improving app performance and user experience
• Fixing bugs and technical issues
• Responding to your feedback and reviewing cafe suggestions and reports
• We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not track you across other apps or websites

We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties, except:

• Infrastructure providers that host the app and store photos you upload (e.g., cloud hosting and storage), solely to operate the Service

Data Storage

Your favorites and language preference are stored locally on your device only — never on our servers. Feedback you send (and any photo or email you include) is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. We do not build user accounts or profiles.

• Feedback: sending feedback, your email, and any photo is always optional
• Local data: Delete the app to remove all locally stored data (favorites, preferences)
• No account needed: Use the app without providing any personal information

Deleting Your Data

We don't require accounts, so there's no account to delete. Your favorites and preferences live only on your device — uninstalling the app removes them. To request deletion of any feedback (or photo and email) you sent us, contact us at privacy@cafecitos.app.

Our Service is intended for general audiences and does not contain age-restricted content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
